In order to authenticate your web service requests and automated database downloads, you need both a license key and your account ID. Learn more about using license keys. Your account ID should also be used when you are reaching out to our support team about an issue, to help our team assist your quickly.
To view your account ID number, click on ‘Account Information’ in the Account menu in your account portal [direct link, login required].
You account ID number will be displayed at the top of your account information.
