If you’ve lost or forgotten the password to your MaxMind account, please submit a password reset request. A one-time-use password-reset link will be emailed automatically to the associated contact email address on file. Please note, only your exact username can be accepted through this form.
Make sure that you use a strong, secure password. Learn about good password practices at connectsafely.org.
If you’ve forgotten your exact username, or if your email address on file may no longer be valid, please contact our support team for assistance.
If you receive an email that says your user permissions do not allow for access to the MaxMind portal, then you do not have permission to login and your account does not have a password. If you feel that you should be able to login to the account portal, you should contact one of your account administrators. You can learn more about user types and permissions.
If the person who set up your company’s account has left your company, please contact our support team from an email address on your company domain, with as much information about the account as you have available–for example, the username, contact email address, or the first four characters of your license key, etc.

Admin users can also reset other users’ passwords. Learn how to reset a user’s password and update their contact information and permissions.
