Manage Multiple Users

MaxMind accounts are often associated with a business, company, or institution. These accounts can have multiple users. You can make your account more secure by creating users with unique login credentials granting access to some users on a more restricted basis, or ensure that multiple users can access MaxMind’s account portal and services without having to share the same login credentials.

Users should be regularly reviewed to ensure that they have only the permissions that they need, that their passwords are updated regularly, and that users who no longer need access to the account portal are deactivated.

Only admin users can manage other users. There must always be at least one admin user per account. Learn more about user permissions.
