You can unsubscribe from MaxMind emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email sent to you, or by manually unsubscribing from marketing emails through your account portal.
To unsubscribe from marketing emails through your account portal, click on the ‘Edit My Info’ link in the Account menu [direct link, login required]. In the grey box on the right, click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button.
If you have attempted to unsubscribe from marketing emails but you are still receiving them, please contact our support team for assistance.
Please note that you may not be able to unsubscribe from all kinds of emails. MaxMind must be able to maintain an email address to attempt to contact you in case of technical, billing, or other problems. If you are no longer using your MaxMind account, you can close it.
