Why don’t you return a country for my IP range?

If the end users of an IP range are spread out across multiple countries in Europe or Asia, we may blank the country and other more granular geolocation values. In such cases, we will return a time zone of Europe/Vaduz for Europe, and Australia/Perth for Asia.

This often happens with corporate proxies.

Even if you are an ISP and only serve clients in one country, we may geolocate their IPs differently than you want or expect if they use one of their IPs as a proxy.
