Who can I contact for help with emergency issues?

If you are experiencing a very urgent issue–e.g. your service is down, your billing has been interrupted–please contact us right away for help. The “Chat with us!” popup in the lower right corner of our site pages is available 9:30am to 9pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We’ll get back to you there within about 60 seconds.

If you are contacting us outside of regular business hours, please email alert@maxmind.com. This email address is monitored between 7am and 10pm Eastern Time, 7 days a week.
