Do you support multi-user account access and specific access permissions?

Yes! In April 2018, we introduced multi-user account access. You can now make your account more secure by granting access to some users on a more restricted basis, or ensure that multiple users can access MaxMind’s account portal or services without having to share the same account credentials.

As we continue to provide you with improved flexibility to use your account how you see fit, we are pleased to introduce our new Standard User type. Standard Users can be granted permissions for accessing exclusively account billing functionality. Learn more in our Multi-User Accounts Guide.
